If you don't like what you learn using the online tools, demo and do-over! Identifiy substitutes and D-I-Y to save you $$$$ & even lives.
Here are some recipes (pdf) to get your started. Remember, this is not an exact science but more like a starting point for your own experimentations. The pdf contains recipes for making your own toothpaste, sugar body scrub and pipe de-clogger. Do away with Colgate Total (pesticide!), Aveeno daily scrub (plastic microbeads!) and Drano (organochlorine!).
